BELLA's
Our Bella class is for women of the ‘Beautiful age’ originally called Bella Eta. This class is designed for more mature women with a rough age guide of 45-60s. This class is mainly strength based with no high impact. Our class always has a great atmosphere and very sociable while remaining very challenging. Our instructors are always very helpful and can adapt each exercise to suit the individual.
