WHY BOOTCAMP?

Ferri Fit bootcamp welcomes both males, females, age groups and fitness levels.

 

Our bootcamps are a fun and highly effective way to train, with the emphasis on making each session different from the last - you will not be bored!

The class is a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises to push you to achieve your goals, whether it be an obstacle event, 5K, 10k, dropping body fat or meeting new people.

Ferri Fit have it covered.

The Ferri Fit team are amazing . I said on a post i wish i'd met them 10 years ago in truth its more like 20 years ago.

I have been a member of gyms on & off for years but never really thought i was getting anywhere . I went to my first Ferri Fit bootcamp with a little bit of fear after 5 mins that was gone the team & everyone else are friendly & the workouts are great there always changing so they don’t get boring theres also a good bit of banter in class . I would recommend Team Ferri Fit to anybody looking to improve there fitness
