WHAT IS PROJECT FEARLESS?

Project Fearless is all about getting you out of your comfort zone. Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals, focussed on achieving their goals. Together with our coaches, we will teach you how to lift properly and to your full potential, helping you achieve goals which we will set and focus on together. You will learn to understand your body and eating habits better providing optimum performance and results.
