M.A.W class started in January 2017 following the birth of our daughter, Sofia. My wife, Laura, trained most days pre-pregnancy and was also a member of our boot camp but once Sofia was born she found it difficult to return to the gym due to the long hours I was working.
Without wanting to rely on a babysitter, this is where M.A.W classes came in. The idea generated around an environment where you could bring your baby to class. In starting M.A.W, it has helped not only Laura but other mums in the same position, train together, socialise and be able to bring their babies with them.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
A friendly, supportive environment to help get back to fitness
M.A.W classes are a great way for new mums to get back into exercise in a comfortable, friendly and encouraging surrounding with instructors who not only know what they’re doing but know exactly how you are feeling. All our mums support one-another and together we have created a welcoming environment for you and your baby. To start our class, it is recommended that you have been signed off by your doctor to train and that you are roughly 12 weeks post-partum. We have had some mums start earlier who have recovered well so please get in touch if you are interested.
There’s a great social aspect to the classes too, with nights out and the opportunity to get involved in events.
