WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?
Online coaching takes place online, via a private Facebook forum, the virtuagym app and myfitnesspal. Each block is 6 weeks long and includes weekly workouts, nutritional advice, inspirational videos to keep you going on long days, general peer support through the forum where you can share nutrition tips/recipes and weekly wins and a weekly check in with your coach in the form of voice notes. It is great for those who enjoy or need the accountability of weekly check ins while allowing maximum flexibility for unpredictable schedules.
