Bootcamp

Our Ferri Fit Bootcamp is our original group class that has always been a member favourite. Every session is different. We train indoors and outdoors, in all weathers, challenging your strength and skills and pushing you out your comfort zone.

No experience is necessary - you work at your own pace!

Fearless

Fearless is small group personal training with 6 participants per class. Surrounded by like-minded individuals, you will learn about nutrition, how to safely lift weights and progress your fitness goals as you learn more about yourself and your training.

M.A.Ws

M.A.W's stands for Mums and Weights and is a baby friendly class (just bring them along) designed to help new mums get back into fitness and meet other new mums to help share experiences and improve their overall wellbeing.

Yoga

We also offer yoga classes for all levels of experience. Yoga is not only great for those looking for some time to recharge but also for mobility alongside your gym training.
